While wrapping up this year’s journey, All.Can Romania has celebrated the end of this year the strong sense of community that has been built on collaboration and purpose since the local initiative has been established in the country, in 2023.
All.Can Romania remains a unique organizational framework that unites industry allies, patient associations, scientific partners, medical professionals, public health experts, and policy makers — all working together to reshape cancer care.
This year, the local network grew to 13 dedicated members, with 3 new partners joining the mission – Novartis, IQVIA Romania and C.O.M.P.A.S. Association.
Championing strategic insights, we are proud that 6 recommendations out of the 16 that have been included in the Analysis Report on Cancer Care Efficiency launched in March this year were reflected in the recent national health reform plan. This is a concrete step in steering policy agendas and framing the public lens toward better cancer care.
Looking ahead to the coming period, our focus stays clear:
➡️ Maintaining momentum on implementing efficiency measures that support the National Cancer Plan.
➡️ Promoting effective public policies that ensure access to innovation, timely treatment, and continuity of care, for a real impact in the lives of cancer patients.
Looking beyond, All.Can Romania is also advancing a strategic partnership with Mission Early, the global policy network focused on early cancer detection and care. Romania’s policy readiness and alignment with EU best practices will thus be evaluated.
By driving timely action and meaningful change, All.Can Romania aims to deliver tangible improvements for Romanian patients facing oncological and onco-hematological conditions.
