How can we make cancer care more efficient, timely, and person-centred—while ensuring quality?
This 60-minute online learning session from All.Can explores how health systems can better organise and deliver cancer care at a time of increasing pressure on resources. Drawing on insights from the All.Can Efficiency Hub, the session highlights practical, real-world examples of innovation that can be adapted to different national and local contexts.
The recording features presentations and discussion focused on three key areas:
-
Timeliness of care – reducing delays and improving patient pathways
-
Patient-centredness – ensuring care is aligned with patients’ needs and experiences
-
Coordination of care – improving collaboration across services and settings
The session is designed for a broad audience, including patient advocacy groups, clinicians, academics, policymakers, and All.Can members.
