The seminar for oncologists “Patient Experience and Health Literacy: strategies to improve communication” started with a full quota.
This All.Can Argentina project is a joint collaboration of Fundación Hospital Universitario (All.Can Argentina member) and UCASAL University. It is a two-month free online seminar for oncologists with a final certification.
Health literacy is an area of knowledge related to information, communication and decision-making and has a great impact on the empowerment of the patient and her relationship with the health system. The seminar aims to generate skills to improve communication and empathy between health professionals working in oncology, patients and their families. IQVIA also helped in the recruitment of participants for the seminar.
