We are pleased to announce that All.Can Canada has recently completed three case studies: Diagnostic Assessment Programs (DAP), Diagnostic Assessment Programs- Electronic Pathway Solutions (DAP-EPS), and Oncology Nurse Navigators (ONN). The goal of these case studies is to spotlight innovative practices in Canada and to assess their strengths and weakness to see what we can learn moving forward. Thank you to the members of our Evidence and Knowledge Mobilization Working Groups for collaborating on these, and the key informants who were involved in these practices for sharing their insight.
